It was such a calm and peaceful . Everything was taken care by wonderful staff . Extremely happy with services
Premises , elite look , simple and posh interiors . Food is outstanding. Sreya , Cycil , Agesh and Chef were outstanding in their services. Aleesha too . Wish could name more staff but don’t remember. Right from security to helper , everyone were welcoming . Each and every aspect was taken care of .

Very Good
The rooms are very comfortable, and the service was also very good. A very good breakfast and a very accommodative setting. The fact that you get such a service at this location at the core of the city is a perk in itself. Very neat, uses top quality materials.
The negatives are that it felt more like an adult only place. There are no inhouse activities for kids and this is a little upsetting. The reception told us that we can go for the happy hours as a compliment and then later asked us to pay for it. This was a little rude, but we considered it as miscommunication. We would have loved to get a briefing on our rooms and also what we can do in and around the city and the activities we could enjoy in the Hotel itself. The Hotel has a lot of untapped potential to make the stay even more memorable.
